It goes in your chedule B of your 1040. How NRGY reports it, sounds like a K-1 to the IRS for each unit holder?.
I was told you need to fill out Schedule E.
It is possible that SCH.E will be required. It covers SUPPLEMENTAL INCOME AND LOSS (Rents, Interest, and other types of income or loss). It's a "catch-all" Schedule for items not covered by other specific Schedules.
I strongly suggest you don't try to do your own taxes if this is your level of knowledge. MLP distributions are NOT dividends.If you just put them in schedule B you are asking to be audited.
