Dividend Question???
Just bot NRGY....
Do we get Dividend Pay out Monday Feb 13..or when..
and exactly how much?
If I have 500 Shares...
how much is my dividend? if any.

If you bought the shares BEFORE the x-date 2/3, and kept the shares through the close of the Record Date 2/7, you would get $0.705 per share, or $352.50 for the 500 shares you own on 2/14.

WRONG. You don't have to hold to the record date.
Just need to be holding at the close on the day before ex-div date.
