NRGY K-1 is expected to be available February 29, 2012
See https://www.taxpackagesupport.com to register and set up. You can choose to have them email you when the K-1 becomes available. Sometimes these things are late, but they are usually on time. You will probably even be able to load a TXF file into TurboTax to save typing. It is a little tricky, as I remember, but I figured it out.
Alternatively you can wait until the paper copy comes maybe a week later.
