A warm winter is not news. Bad earnings are irrelevant, mostly, when analyzing an MLP like NRGY. DCF is a more important yardstick. But I take your point that the company is not doing well. That is known by everyone at this point and is not a strong predictor of the direction of unit pricing.
What would make your statement interesting and useful is if you provided some information that we do not already know. Or, at least some novel thinking on the subject.
For example, if you told me that NRGY was going to experience a 30% decline in DCF and could provide a reasonable explanation for that assertion, I would sit right up and take notice.
