it is my opinion,that the board will vote to lower the dividend to approximately 6% or $.90 per share per year based on my assumption of revised earning and sales.

I'm interested to know how you get to that number.
NRGY's statement is that they are currently covering about 68% of the distribution, yet your numbers show a 68% reduction. Why do you think the reduction in distribution would be less than half of what they are currently covering?

WS hates uncertainty so expect mild downdraft until dividends are reset. a no brainer.
