Looks like NRGM will be participating in a $1 billion pipeline with WGL and UGI.
NRGM's share is $333 million. If you assume a 7.5x multiple, this will result in around $16-$17 million in DCF that will work its way to NRGY via the IDRs and the common units that it holds.
