Upcoming earnings report
Any guesses on how large this quarter's loss will be? Bigger or smaller than last quarter?

While the analysts are stuck making earnings estimates like they do with corporations, they are less relevant than estimates of DCF. Earnings estimates move the price around for a few days after the report, but DCF will determine the long-term direction of the stock.

nrgy 'dividend' yield is greater than 99% of other oil & gas ops but their payout ratio is --
to compare, qre 'dividend' yield is greater than 90% of other companies in oil & gas ops & their payout ratio is 1,805.22%
dmlp 'dividend' yield is greater than 73% of other oil & gas ops but even their payout ratio is 131.23%

With this weather, as born out by competitors, I would think results would have to be lower than last year

cant you see the estimates for the quarter?? Looks like this is the best Q of the year, ests for 54 cent profit for the quarter. Where did you pull a loss out from man??

With so many 'surprises' from NRGY in earnings that differ substantially from analyst estimates, I don't have much confidence in the estimates.
