That kind of movement when the fundamentals stink and a dividend cut is imminent is either a big fake-out by hedge funds to drive the price up so they can bail out or a leaking of an announcement of the board putting the company up for sale.

You're asking in the wrong place. No one on this board has a clue about what's going on. Misery has driven everyone away. The insiders get their shares for free.... look it up! I don't know why this mlp would ever go up, it's insiders heaven and unitholders hell.
