..and I was just looking for the div announcement.Getting rid of a huge amt of debt...but is this a good or bad deal. I now need to dig more than I have time to do.
..and NRGY unit holders get SPH shares to boot. At first blush I would say that this appears to be an excellent deal. pretty big dilution for SPH to make this deal happen.
What % SPH units for holders of NRGY? Thanks.
