KANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
The Board of Directors of Inergy GP, LLC, general partner of Inergy, L.P. (NRGY), announced that it has declared the company’s quarterly cash distribution of $0.375 per limited partner unit ($1.50 annually) for the quarter ended June 30, 2012. The distribution will be paid on August 14, 2012, to unitholders of record as of August 7, 2012.
Inergy plans to release its fiscal 2012 third quarter earnings on August 2, 2012. Inergy and Inergy Midstream, L.P. (NRGM) will host a joint conference call and internet webcast on August 2, 2012, at 10:00 a.m........

KANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 26, 2012-- The Board of Directors of NRGM GP, LLC, general partner of Inergy Midstream, L.P. (NYSE:NRGM), announced that it has declared the company’s quarterly cash distribution of $0.38 per limited partner unit ($1.52 annually) for the quarter ended June 30, 2012. This represents an approximate 2.7% increase over the distribution for the previous quarter. The distribution will be paid on August 14, 2012, to unitholders of record as of August 7, 2012.

Bought just in time for the .37 divi.
Does anyone know what their plans are post-SPH deal? I know they have 2 pipelines and some NG storage operations. -
If you buy before aug 7th, do you get the divi?

You need to own on Aug. 2nd or before to get the distribution. As stock is ex-dividend of the 3rd.
