a dividend. It will have a cost basis assigned to it which in effect will lower your cost basis of NRGY.
Is the monetary value of the new units that we will receive in SPH already "baked into" the units of NRGY? I should get roughly 192 units of SPH valued at about $7200 at current pricing. Will NRGY units be dropping a similar amount on the date that we get the SPH units to reflect that "gain" in SPH units.
SPH cost basis hasn't been determined yet; And yes I think the market value of NRGY will drop but maybe not as much sa the cost basis of SPH.
