Having their own store network , to me, is a major liability because of revenue needed to pay rents , taxes and utilities. This real estate sale may go to prop up the company a little longer but overall the trend is downward and without any real jobs being created in this country there will be no buyers for BSET goods.
On the other hand BSET may look more favorable to investors now if they have no debt so one never knows.
