Southbuckey: Think on this, without the so-called New Dealers and socialist worker's movements, you would not have a thriving (or what used to be a thriving) middle class, which helps to fuel the great and almighty stock market.
I'm guessing that since you're just posting to a web bb, that you're somewhere amongst the working or middle classes? Tell us where you would have like for them to have stopped with worker's rights, 40 hour work weeks, OSHA, and the other safety nets needed because Big Business would NEVER, ever seek to provide them? Surely your own family, sometime in the last 5 or 6 decades, has benefited from such laws?
Dig back far enough, I'm sure you'll find a union man or two in your own family tree, whose wages helped to pull either your parents, grandparents, or some relative up to the middle class.
Communism is the polar opposite of Capitalism, and therefore, one cannot exist without the other.
