Dividend day
What is the day you must be shareholder of record to collect the divvy? Been snooping around, but can't find a record day.

I just googled it. The dividend is payable on June 15 th for owners of record on close of business day on June 1, 2011.

I don't think the divvy is in danger. They've paid it at lower stock prices and the outlook is improving, according to their last report. I was a shareholder at (believe it or not) $6.18 and made the mistake of having a limit sell on the stock at $9. I made a nice profit, but I think I'm going to buy SVU again sometime next week. It's on my radar... Any further weakness and I'll be pouncing on it. -
Now try googling "ex-date". Should say the first day it trades without dividend rights.
Date of record usually 2 days after. -
im hoping that they will suspend dividend until further notice!
