sweet fun, I agree with you, you are not the only one to blame. But, the cost of labor is a big portion of a company's cost and all of the company's costs and profits are paid for by the customer. A company expects to make a minimum % of profit and if it doesn't then it goes out of business. I agree with you it is unfair for mgt to make outrageous benefits, but taking your anger and frustations out on the poor customer by his costs going up is also unfair. Maybe the solution for employees is to become big stock holders, both private and union, then you can dictate how the company's profits are distributed. Stock holders should be receiving at least 40% of the company's profits. This is what is called an employee owned business. Here the employees will get a fair shake.
