I`m serious about the fact that $1.76 million is chump change. A few years ago I was reading articles about "How to retire on $500,000". Then it was "Can you retire on $1,000,000?" Yesterday I read an article on how to retire and maintain your standard of living on FOUR million dollars.
True to an extent but it isn't as though this was the only payment Noddle received from SVU. He was well compensated over the years. I don't really have a problem with that as CEOs are paid, in part, to take risks that might result in one looking foolish. He certainly looks foolish now and people have literally lost billions of dollars as a result of his honest mistakes.
