1.decent dividend 2. growing sav-a-lot adds value to SVU 3. pension benefits will be reduced/renegotiated between 2013-2016 after the elections;as this affect multitudes of companies pre-election this is too hot of potatoe 4. SVU will reduce exposure in some markets to grow s.a.v
