Basically, he has no idea nor do you or I. One thing that is fairly normal is that they want to show positive results for at least a short period of time. That is very normal. Albertson's was positive for SVU after its acquisition. You need the positive results in order to avoid lawsuits and allow for quiet exits.
Need disclosures of transactions between Cerebrus and SVU as there will be shifting of income between the organizations. I don't know if a 20-30% ownership is enough to prevent longer term problems.
don't know. As a shareholder I received a packet in the mail of which I have opened but haven't bothered to look at. I hold a small position at this time so don't really know if I care. All I do know is im not holding this p.o.s. longterm as I think cerebus interest in it will be short lived and im following what they do at this point.
