How are you guys planning to vote at the shareholder meeting on June 15?
What will the impact of increasing the company's authorized shares from 200M to 750M be?
The board seems very anxious to get yes votes. I am getting reminders to vote in the mail and also phone calls! This has never happened to me before with any other company.
They called me again today about my vote. When I asked the guy why they are calling shareholders, he said that if they don't get enough participation, the shareholder meeting will haver to be postponed, which will force them to have to mail out new proxy vote documents all over again, which is an unnecessary cost.
So if no one has a good argument why I should vote no, then I think I will vote yes online later this week.
URZ needs all the 'YES' votes. There's one item that needs 50%-plus approval to pass. It concerns the increase of the authorize capital. This item needs over 38.2 million shares voted in favor, so URZ has been contacting all shareholders to make sure it gets the needed votes. Really? That's all you got?
I mean how many times do I have to discreit you on this board shorty?
Everything you have said is utter BS and you still waste your time trolling here? Must be getting desperate huh?
The proxy is fluff....all non event stuff that managemnt will ram through like they always do....all you need to know.
Better cover before Friday!
You should care about the Shareholder Rights Plan. Its for your benefit, too. I bet you didn't even read the proxy document... And if you didn't read it, why are you commenting on something you can't grasp with your lack of intelligence!

Now like always your vote means nothing....URZ insiders call the shots and push through whatever they want based solely on their share positions and those of the institutions that they control.
Don't kid yourself into thinking you have any say in how this company is run/managed/mismanaged. Sucks but just like most public companies, it is what it is.....
NRC permit removes all risk with added share price appreciation, then a buy out offer is my call. Russell should add a nice premium as well.
I think $6-$7 conservatively. That would be fine by me.
