You can find this obvious information by clicking on the SEC filings on left of yahoo page. DUH!
Look at last years closet date to the present date and you'll see that the company (old or new) filed on the 19th of April in 2010. By SEC regulations they have to post no later than that date or file a notice on an 8K with the SEC naming a date no more than 15 days.
Some, and I write SOME, of you haven't got a clue.
I really don't think it will be a 'positive' report as far as gains...
What it will be, if I am thinking along these lines, is that it will give us an idea of what the company is doing. SEC reports have to be more precise than press releases as far as what they are spending and where it is going.
The bottom line is the NEXT quarter, not this one as far as making more than they spend. This one should give us an increase in PPS. Hopefully, it will be .30 by end of Wednesday.
