    10Q due April 19th

    You can find this obvious information by clicking on the SEC filings on left of yahoo page. DUH!

    Look at last years closet date to the present date and you'll see that the company (old or new) filed on the 19th of April in 2010. By SEC regulations they have to post no later than that date or file a notice on an 8K with the SEC naming a date no more than 15 days.

    Some, and I write SOME, of you haven't got a clue.

    • I think this 10 q will report positive earnings.

    • I thought the SEC allows 45 days from the quarter end date to file either NT 10 Q or the actual 10 Q. And if they filed a NT 10 Q that means they have a 5 calender day extension to file the 10 q.
