It is my understanding that the quiet period for VMW ended on Sept. 22, 2007. Can anyone confirm this? Will this lead to a sell-off of VMW shares???
IPO's typically have a 6 month lock up, and then after that, they typically don't sell off.. You would never know when the lock out exp date was by looking at a chart of any stock..
