Aha!!! VMware CEO Pat Gelsinger DENIES MSFT taking mkt share!!
What a BIG FAT LIE this was today by OCR Global (and their short hedge fund cronies) about MSFT making inroads with Hyper-V and taking market share.

In Barcelona today (for link to article, Google "VMware chief claims cloud computing"):
---Later, when questioned about Microsoft and its moves into this territory with Windows Server 2012 and its System Center management platform, Gelsinger dismissed the competition as being years behind VMware.
"Microsoft has been playing catch-up for a decade, and this will continue as we continue to advance. vCloud Suite is a more reliable and complete set of offerings, and we are confident we can continue to lead in this area," he said.-
It seems that someone backed by such "trustworthy" sources such as Forbes, The Fool, OTR Global) is recycling this dishonest "MSFT competition" story over and over again for the past few days.

Perhaps someone should write VMW Investor Relations.

Dishonest short hedge fund probably paid OCR Global to LIE today about technology comparisons (e.g. MSFT vs. VMW) and most investors do NOT understand Tech well enough to see the claims of MSFT inroads as FRAUDULENT.
So, then they stupidly hit the sell button so that the short hedge funds can gun for stop loss orders and load up on shares.

This is phenomenal how the short hedge funds can manipulate this stock with lies about MSFT.
The good news is someone wants it down now so they can buy and run it up next week.
Wash, rinse, and repeat cycle. -
