    Newbie theory is correct?

Despite all the negative #$%$ ATRS is going up....I started to wonder if newbiemike's crazy idea is indeed in the play here....No way, but let's see the close

    • I think his theory is correct.I've been saying all along the warrant holders are holding goat pictures of management to make sure they do all they can to keep share price down.Want to bet when warrant season is over the price takes off.But I'm sure everyone will credit it to a run up for the fda ruling.

    • nthnsh,

I'll start off by saying that I'm a cynic. I know the stock market is rigged against me so that's why I come up with these crazy ideas. I also suggested that crazy idea that howarth would issue a press release after SM's short ATRS announcement. And what happened there? we all know :)

Now, onto my theory. You saw the price action today. Someone big was scooping all the shares they could in the 4.12-4.15 range. It's accumulation at its finest. And these big players (institutions) are getting away with it because they are colluding with management! I don't know how many shares this hobbs guy has but what is 30k shares to him? His selling creates a trigger to shake some shares lose so the institutions can IMMEDIATELY buy them up. The institutions are TOO SMART to know that retail investors will come in at the 3.96-4.02 range so they won't even let retail get their hands on us. When we reach the 4.35-4.5 level within the next month, you can bet on a director selling again. Why? so the institutions can keep accumulating. Howarth has no choice but to let this happen. The dilution last october was a disaster. It made us dead money for a year. Why would the current institutions want that to happen again just so another institution can buy low? This is the only way howarth can cater to the needs of the institutions since they can buy in the 4.02-4.15 range all they want because if there's no insider selling, they'll be paying a 5-7% premium.

I've seen this happen last year to LNKD. Every insider was selling shares like crazy yet LNKD has been skyrocketing for the past year. It's a big scheme to get all the shares into the hands of institutions so the little retail people don't get them. Retail like me was scared to long LNKD because of all the insider selling. Boy,
did I miss the boat on that one! Same thing that happened to LNKD is happening to ATRS. Institutions run the show and they get what they want.
