No not from happy tappy, Head Preacher for the pretty people crowd..., but from the evil despicable Lokodungheap
1) So who out there isn't happy to have learned the rest of the Otrexyo story? Hope you all learned something from it. Take the facts, make assumptions, but continue looking for more facts, as well as the old facts. The initial facts where solid, and deserved some discussions from all "Real," long term investors out there, but few made the effort. That is a problem, not Loko's facts, or Loko for presenting them! One can only assume that those who did not provide input, do not care about the long term fundamentals, so just short term flippers. The story as recently presented to pharmpal, provides insight into how the business world works. But few will thank Loko for the effort, and sticking to investigation..... even though the learned stuff they never would have known...
Posters who bashed Loko for the effort, like ryamn, jabber, rph, fda and whogo, are the problem! Facts are facts, and all solid facts deserve discussion, so suggest longs crawl out of there cyber holes a little more often and start contributing to the effort, and not let the bashers control what is discussed. The daily price fluctuation is only of importance to the flippers, who controls this site, and rednecks who can not handle Loko being right, no matter what is presented....
2) Ovaleap... just google it for the past week, month. Then google Ovaleap Pen... read the prescribing instructions....look at the MULTIPLE DOSAGE INJECTOR patent ... If you do not get it, you never will, so just wait for the PR..... Next week or so.... Oh no, fuel for Loko attacks......
Ok, LOKO I did a little work - If you look at ATRS's pipeline then this pen really doesn't fit into the mix. The pipeline shows an ANDA filed for Pen 1. I remember something about one of TEVA's drugs, can't remember if it was a pen being marketing the EU first but Ovaleap is not a generic filing in the EU.
How does Ovaleap fit into ATRS's pipeline? It doesn't make sense that all of a sudden they can give a PR & say their providing the injector for Ovaleap.
"On 31 July 2013, the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) adopted a positive opinion, recommending the granting of a marketing authorisation for the medicinal product Ovaleap, 600 IU/ml, solution for injection intended for the treatment of fertility disorders. The applicant for this medicinal product is Teva Pharma B.V. It may request a re-examination of the CHMP opinion, provided it notifies the European Medicines Agency in writing of its intention within 15 days of receipt of the opinion. Ovaleap is a biosimilar medicinal product, i.e. a medicinal product that has been demonstrated to be similar in quality, safety and efficacy to the reference medicinal product GONAL-f."
So we're still waiting for Marketing authorization.
OVALEAP PEN trademark by TEVA PHARMACEUTICALS EUROPE
Is this loko "Incognito" daug, the internet message board version of the Miami Dolphins bully!!?? You are a bizarre poster. I asked this before on one of your posts.
el loko. Pen #1, follitripin, ovaleap pen? My quest is for revenue. Since the EMA has granted marketing of Teva's Ovaleap follitropin alfa, where is the revenue for Antares and where is the required press release of this joint venture?
A look at a few of your back posts tells me you are kind of a spin doctor when you are wrong. Funny.
Oct 10, 2013, 10:03pm: “It is always something....Oh..... Otrexyo!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ..... Pfizer is going to market MTX to the rest of the world as Otrexyo !!!!! ... and ATRS will sell Mtexy in the US..... and the competition will be playing catch-up in the US with a different name .......... and of course marketing it with Enbrel will be a big part.....”

The HARD facts..100% solid facts... no one can deny... no matter what readers think of Loko. And sorry Jack, the competition knows it all already, only the little uninformed investors do not...
Fact-1) Otrexup (TM), No trademark, never WILL get it. Yet ATRS continues to show they are still in the process of obtaining the Otrexup TM. THIS NEEDS EXPLAINING. Maybe naive investors do not care, but big investors do, and it is a red-flag. Thanks to Loko, for bringing it to readers attention.
Fact-2) Otrexyo (R), This is a Pfizer TM, which is what stopped the Otrexup TM process . Thanks to Loko, for bringing it to readers attention.
Fact -3 ) Otrexyo(R), Antares has registered websites back in July, using Pfizers trademark Otrexyo(R)... This needs explaining by ATRS. A Solid fact, and big investors know this. Thanks to Loko, for bringing it to readers attention.
