941 people?? Apparantly there are some lawsuits claiming this medicine caused deaths but no proof . Will not affect Fresenius...No proof at all that anyone that may have died or had side effects as a result af negligence at Fresenius.. Most all of Fresenius patients have bad side effects from no Kidneys, etc..

Again: Please cite your sources: naturalyte.google doesn't appear to be a source... I can assure you that Fresenius has insurance. Also, I doubt your source is valid...My contacts with fresenius don't even know what your talking about.

Good reply. Obviously, nobody seems to realize how huge Fresenius is. 300 years old and one of the largest HC businesses in the world. This is their second stab at dialysis in the US and intend to make it stick. European practices and management are a real disadvantage. DaVita is much better run. However, Fresenius dwarfs them in terms of resources.
