This was written at at time before AFFY investors believed any layoffs would happen. Nobody believed it when I predicted Massive Layoffs. Nobody believed me when I warned of the Red Flags of Chickening Out executives. They thought that layoffs would not happen and execs would have their backs. I warned otherwise. I have been proven to be correct. And yes, since nobody tood my advice, the stupidity on many levels has been validated. Thank you so much for allowing history to prove me correct. I hope that some lurkers were helped. I believe they were.
Thanks for digging up this old post of mine. How did you know I was writing about you specifically? That's pretty good intuition you have. I also notice that you did not include a remark about your strange sexual desires. That is a good start. Continued good luck to you. TGC.
hahahahaha ... such a gentleman. and i recall that you said April 15th was going to be Doomsday for AFFY.
you know what?? you don't know anything
and as Fog said - you can't panic us into selling our shares.
AFFY shares are worth at least $4 a share
Doyou, they are trying everything to panic us into selling. They have an agenda. They are not doing it out of the goodness of their heart. If anyone believes they are looking after our interests, then I have a really nice bridge for sale in Chernobyl. TBG came in to restructure the company and get rid of unwanted assets including human assets. After the auction it will be a lean mean shell company. Only question is, if it's for a buyout or a shell company. At one point I thought a buyout but am now inclining towards a shell company collecting royalties. I can't even imagine the buying frenzy if they announce that O is coming back and the PPS move.
Grey. It really doesn't matter what you say. Most of us longs still holding are here to stay and have no intention of selling. I for one, am sticking with Affy come rain or shine. Either we win big time or lose nearly all. This is bio and we know the risks. I made some good money last year on SVNT, ARNA, PPHM and ACAD(wish I hadn't sold ACAD at initial pop last year). I am still confident that Affy will pay us big.
