No news means they are working on final resolution of the issues involved and they want to wait until everything in terms of what the problem(s) was and complete and proper steps to avoid repeat of what happened as well as FDA's nod are all in place so when they announce there would be no questions or concerns remaining. As such once the news comes out better watch out because the stock will explode to the moon and definitely into double digits.
So funny people shorting down here or not closing their short. Those are one in the same. By not closing their short they are effectively shorting it here. Same with going long and winning big and deciding not to take profits cause you think there is more upside. The only problem is in shorting there is unlimited losses.
I think a lot of bad news is already priced in and if there is even a hint that they could someday get their drug back on the market you are looking at easily an 8$ stock, maybe 10+.
