Total cash $98.7 million or $2.74/share..And then there is the drug Omontys and other assets.
Company has $98.7 million in cash and only $10 million in debt for a net cash of $88.7. Divide that by a float of 32.3 million and you get a net cash per share of $2.74...This does not include their other assets including the drug Omontys, real estate, equipment, good will, etc. There is also the possibility of being bought out.
Just keeping things in perspective for those who want to bargain hunt tomorrow.
how can u say 98 million? read their pr... they said 67 million but they owe 33 and another 11 and 10 for staff and employees leaving ...thus a bare 10 million for all lawsuits and lawyers.. so at best 25 cents a share..i dont know if drug worth 10 or 50 million or nothing
You are not familiar with blood sucking lawyers - they will sue for at least $100 million which wipes out the cash - why do you think they are looking at BK?
Which company in their right mind would want the liability of this "Killer" drug?
Selling this stock is the only answer, recover as much as you can and move on.
