law suits over deaths, I have no position here only trying to warn the gullible,
You will wake up one day very soon and see this sub 10-cents and if it is only money you
are fine but if you are risking money you can't afford to lose ....get out while it is over a buck
affy is tko'd on its feet presently and will crash head first into the canvas shortly.....
    good luck

    • I am really interested in the lawsuits over the deaths because I think those very few that died (3 attributed to Omontys) could have been saved if the appropriate steps had been taken by medical staff. People given Omontys for the first time need to be monitored for a very short time, no longer than an hour, to be sure that they are not sensitive to the drug. It's that simple.

I also think that some lawyers have not done their homework. I have seen one ad claiming that 500 people have died as a result of the drug. While I agree that families should seek compensation, I am not entirely certain that the drug company is any more liable than the medical staff. I am also curious as to the value of any settlement, as these figures are often worked out on productivity, and most patients requiring Omontys are perhaps on the DL anyway. I am not saying their lives had little value per se, just wondering if their sickness affected the legal regard for their worth.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
