Let's all say that AFFY is toast and there is no glimpse of O coming back on the market. if all MM and Hedge funds and investors know that, then why is there such tight trading with large volume ? Logic says, there is still a strong case for the drug and the company be salvaged. The management of AFFY are no dummies. Either a buyout is in the works with Takeda or a comeback of the drug based on the results of the investigation. Remember, if the management was crooked, or didn't have the best interest of the company in their minds, they could have just ignored the issue and let the drug be used as is waiting for the FDA to recall it. The odds are in favor for a positive outcome of this situation. All of course my opinion..
