It looks like AFFY stock will be last traded on Nasdaq on June 5th, yet the shareholder meeting and any possible announcement would occur not before the end of June 6th. So this is a huge disadvantage because we will have to wait for any good news on Thursday and that's when the stock will be trading on the OTC ? Does anything not see the problem here ? Its like we are being forced to sell tomorrow.
AFFY needs to be responsible to its stock holders - if they delist and we are stuck with OTC stock - it is a unknown to many - if they are being bought out - premarket tomorrow would be for the best interest of people supporting AFFY, if we get jacked around its not going to be pretty.
What would be awesome is if they made a O or Buyout announcement premarket and then address details at the shareholder meeting. I would not want to be Orwin at that meeting that's for sure, I hope some one speaks up and lets him know he is a POS.
Now under your theory, exactly why would Orwin be a POS? If what all you long pumpers say is true, then Orwin ought to be hailed as a genius and one of the most extraordinarily shrewd executives in the history of biopharma. He would have transformed AFFY from a disaster to a huge royalties paying enterprise worth even more than its market cap when all was going well. I just cannot understand the contradictions inherent in the pumper posts.
