Concur - well played Maxdad. Been reading your posts on QCOR for a while now. Hope this AFFY play works as well.

      • Renbri...I battled the same kind of bullying scare tactics on the Questcor board that I have found here...But here they're both a bit more bellicose and tedious with 1000's of posts and self aggrandizing attitudes of absolute certitude. But bash trash is bash trash and they have exhibited all the same kinds of misrepresentations and slight of hand we saw on the Questcor board going all the way back to last September with the Questcor crash. I have put forth my thesis in detail several times and the whack pack here says "see-see, he offers no substance" when they produce a totally acontextual laundry list of cuts and pastes that ignore the very core thesis that TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A DRUG WITH OMONTYS MORTALITY STATS THAT HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY REMOVED FROM THE MARKET...NEVER, EVER...But I have asked them to pony up JUST ONE BONA FIDE EXAMPLE that is totally transparent and can be scrubbed by anybody on this board. SO FAR ZIP, NADA, NOTHING...which is not to say that I couldn't be surprised, it just goes against everything I know about this industry and the experiences with occasional fatalities...BUT one needs to look no further than watching the evening news and the abundance of Rx ads, the majority of which state "AND SOMETIMES MAY LEAD TO DEATH" or "OCCASIONALLY MAY BE FATAL" or the like...AND THEY REMAIN ON THE MARKET. I wanted to prove to myself that I didn't have a "blind spot" on this and googled several variations of Drugs, Fatalities, Mortality, Statistics and found HUNDREDS of drugs that have had comparable or worse stats to Omontys. I would encourage anyone who wants to validate this thesis to run the same searches for themselves. HUNDREDS with fatalities on the market and NOT ONE that has been permanently pulled with anything like Omontys .02% fatality rate (which actually was the original 5 out of 25,000 but 2 were quickly eliminated due to "other causes")...Then add in Fresenius Fatality history (google that too)...
