Medicare cuts will favor Omontys over Amgen's ESA Monopolistic pricing...
ongress voted in January to eliminate excessive payments being sent to dialysis clinics nationwide. The dialysis industry has collected an extra $530 million to $880 million a year in federal payments since 2011 compared with the actual use of dialysis drugs, the New York Times reported last week.
The industry is now using patients and members of Congress to help protect its profits. More than 200 members of Congress, including Yoho, signed a letter sent last month to the Medicare administrator asking that the cuts be reconsidered.
The cuts were part of the January deal that averted simultaneous tax increases and across-the-board spending cuts. Those cuts, called sequestration, were delayed but ultimately took effect due to the failure of Congressional members such as Yoho to reach a compromise.
If I was "pumping" as you say, I'd be saying BUY-BUY-BUY like the bash trash DOES SAY SELL-SELL-SELL...Warning-warning-warning. But I have spent most of my time on this board posting direct source material, providing substantive analysis and challenging the con artistry of a small group of ardent attackers. If you want to call my actions "pumping" that's certainly your prerogative. In fact, I have blasted PUMPERS (like Jagan) every bit as hard as I have gone after the bash trash in an effort to try to get this board to be as substantive as possible...which you must know is pretty difficult :-)
what is the pumping in this story? Every time Someone comes up with a story in favor of Omontys you shorts go screaming 'stop pumping'... It just a case of putting the pro and contras of Omontys together and see what is the better chance... it is more and more pointing out that Omontys will be the winner. Nothing to do with bashing or pumping.
