Yes, by definition. Why? Because any fund manager, investment advisor, or retirement fund administrator is forced, by charter, to liquidate any delisted stock. If AFFY, with all of its current problems, remained listed on the NASD, we'd probably be above $2.50, simply because a portion of the fund managers would have still held on to their positions.
