    Ask yourself this question.

Why would someone spend all their time here bashing a stock that has at most a loss of $1.40 as of today if you go go short when there are much more lucrative opportunities to go short and make a boat load more on those investments? Then put the shyster alleged lawyer on ignore and let it waste its time.

      • This MOFU destroyed many folks, by constantly bashing the stock as BK and made them to sell under 80 cents not long ago. Since then stock reached highs not once but 2 times.

CUrrently with the options coming to an end in under 20 trading days almost 3-4 MLN So called Backup shares will be gone.

These lawsuits has no meaning, even for the ones they filed earlier in May/Jun the court did not even set a hearing date.

Takeda will take its time to resolve everything and they knew exactly what they will have to do and support AFFY as is till the product issues are resolved.

D&O insurers , Product Liability Insurers are the first level of defense to cross this defence itself it will take years by the time the product sales would have gone up to Billions of $.

These shorties are desperate, because they need to bring down the prices so that they can cover at the low prices, If they miss this Backup boat, they will be drowned, since no more options could be traded (bought).

        GLTA LONGS!

        Sentiment: Strong Buy
