Not everybody removes their product from the market.

"USA Today (10/8, Weise) reports that the Food and Drug Administration, along with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, “are advising consumers to stop using a dietary supplement product labeled as OxyElite Pro because of a cluster of hepatitis cases in Hawaii,” as they investigate if the cases are “linked to other cases nationwide.” Hawaii’s Department of Health reports there have been 29 reported cases, 11 hospitalizations, “two liver transplants and one death.”
