Who will be first to make the reports promised last year.
Will it be FMS the first to disclose they were analyzing the data gathered in their dialysis centers.
Will it be Takeda, Affymax's big brother, focusing on three deaths. Maybe they've cloned the three patients from tissue samples and are waiting for them to reach the proper age. Wasn't one patient ninety years old.
Or will the FDA release it's promised report.
Maybe the FTC can also report on the Takeda/Omontys merger. The one where no money was exchanged.
The Sherman Act outlaws "every contract, combination, or conspiracy in restraint of trade," and any "monopolization, attempted monopolization, or conspiracy or combination to monopolize."
Amgen seems to be extremely lucky the "investigation is continuing".
