When does it take 15 months to report what you've known from the beginning.
Does it take 15 months to completely destroy all the damaging files, emails and other records.
How prudent was it to allow defendants to investigate themselves.
The Actos judgement said alot about this charade.
Or maybe there is no reason to keep Omontys off the market except that the monopoly that exists without it thrives in its absence. What connections are there/will there be between our BOD and those ESA makers.
Maybe 15 months was enough to reach the long term tax status.
These events prove the destructive nature of short selling. There is no defense of this type of trading especially when there are options available. They have destroyed this company leaving it to rely on a foreign company with a dubious reputation. Short selling introduces an opportunity to profit greatly from criminal behavior.
We need to see details of this investigation now.
Before giving up on this drug we need to know that it wasn't problems at the dialysis centers.
Was Fresenius cleared of any wrong doing. Is the FDA even interested.
Seems the BOD is overly eager to move on to greener pastures.
As a shareholder I ask they forfeit any stock options and return the bonuses issued.
There are still over 7 million options/rights/warrants as of the last report.
For sure they don't deserve them.
The options are worthless. The bonuses, director fees and management contracts have already been paid. The worst part of this is that they didn't share an scientific report with shareholders or physicians. I'm bitter because I didn't receive any closure on the drug issues and I'm voting against the liquidation until they supply me with a report.
"The term clawbacks or claw backs can also be used to refer to any money or benefits that have been given out but need to be returned due to special circumstances, which are mentioned in a contract" wiki.
These substantial bonuses were given for bringing a drug, which they now deem unmarketable, to market ahead of schedule and were issued just months prior to the recall. I'd say those were special circumstances wouldn't you. Unfortunately I agree these will not be returned.
Are the options worthless. If a buyer is interested in Affy wouldn't the options be part of the cost of acquiring it.
