I think the question works better if you reverse it. Why should this stock be at $20 in 6 months? The answer is that things need to happen, namely results. The market has built the cost of the Lerning Co. purchase into the stock Price (overbuilt in my opinion) and its up to the company to show that they actually didn't have their heads up their ass when they decided to purchase Lerning Co. True that the company has some valuble brands but, of late they have not been able to manage their brands to absorb their purchase.
MAT has been below $15 for about 4 months already. Why is it suddenly going to the low $20s within 6 months? No way that will happen unless Barad is axed. Don't think for a second she's buying MAT stock because the price is going up soon because of her leadership. It's insurance in case she gets thrown out which will pop this stock about $3 instantly.
