I thought you said that LOCM will do a capital raise next year, if that's the case then you must expect the capital raise to be at lower prices, otherwise cash would be cheaper than shares.
Not at all, I'd rather take the chance with shares, then cash. Make management understand what it's like to own shares of LOCM. It's not the easiest ride. Capital raise next year unless LOCM spikes before year end.
Following yose BS logic, then insiders had better sell all they have right now.... but they are not. They are also holding tight.
