Does anyone believe, that if makes sense, that Yelp has the 34-fold market-cap of Local Corp with 1,340 million against the idiotic low 39 million of Local Corp by the following numbers?
Yelp now expects revenue to be in the range of $136.4 million to $136.9 million, (prior guidance $135.0 million to $136.0 million), for full year 2012. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of $3.5 million to $4.0 million (prior guidance $3.0 million to $4.0 million).
Based on preliminary unaudited results, Local Corp expects record revenue for full year 2012 of approximately $98 million, about 25 percent higher than 2011. The increase was due primarily to growth in the company’s Owned & Operated (O&O) and Network businesses, offset by a decline in legacy subscription advertiser revenues in the company’s Sales & Ad Services (SAS) business.
