Doubled pace on the organic growth-path

The organic growth-path: "Our core business is generating positive cash flow. We’re inves One reason, why fankenguru had increased ownership to now 106,000 shares ting the returns from our core business into new initiatives."

"Let me now turn to cash and liquidity. We had another quarter of positive cash flow. The company’s cash balance was $5.1 million as of the end of the fourth quarter up from $4.8 million at the end of the third quarter. Our core business is generating positive cash flow. We’re investing the returns from our core business into new initiatives. We have several new opportunities ahead in 2014 including the expansion of our Local’s Krillion shopping platform and new mobile advertising solutions."

Without the investments in new activities the following costs would be a lot lower in 2013:

    Sales and marketing 10.029 million
    General and administrative 13.633 million
    Research and development 6.554 million

Local Corp measured the costs for the new activities in this way, that the cash flow from operations was a little bit better than flat – positive 0.8 million in 2013.

Few weeks ago I posted: "Similar will happen in 2014, too." But here is the correction: Local Corp doubled the number of employees, who are working in Research and Development from 25% to near 50% of the employees - a gigantic high number.

Another reason, why fankenguru had increased ownership to now 106,000 shares:
Projected revenue generated from new initiatives = 15% from total revenues in 2014

Every time flanky says he doesn't understand, Street Sweeper, criminal crime or Gambino - take a sip of your favorite adult beverage. Warning, do not be in a position where you have to drive right after the closing bell as you're guaranteed to be plastered by the end of the trading day.

      • The following disclaimer of the criminal Street Sweeper can not be an exculpation from criminal falsications and manipulations of the criminals crime behind The Street Sweeper, which in essence means that the criminal crime will use their blog and other message-boards like Yahoo to manipulate stockholder sentiment in order to cover their short positions and build positions of Local Corp. Only from the Sttreet Sweeper paid criminal inside the SEC and Finra can after my opinion tolerating such manipulations and falsifications.

For example such a part from the criminal disclaimer of The Street Sweeper: "Additionally, Street Sweeper will from time to time have profit-sharing arrangements with third parties or others who will take long or short positions in stocks referred to in this newsletter. These positions and/or arrangements will affect our objectivity."

shame their forecast shows little/no growth the rest of the year ($107 million at the high end less $26.2 in Q1 leaves $80.8 the rest of the year which averages out to $26.9 million a quarter). They're not very good investors, kind of like you flanky, your 106,000 shares will soon be worthless
