Well... for whatever reason institutions have decided to accumulate CRAY. Could we see the same sort of action we saw three years ago?... When the stock jumped on an institutional pile-on from $6 to $14 in six weeks of trading?
>"THIS YEAR" means 2009, @sshole.<
This year means what it has been defined to mean.
That's why I established my assumptions up front. You don't agree with my assumptions, fine. Until defined, he could have meant the last 52 weeks: Mr. CEO.
Let's agree on the facts. The 52 week low was 1.15 and the high was 8.30. If these facts are accurate the percentage change according to my HP12c is in fact 621.7391304. Take it up with HP.
Which by the way matches my own calculations for the percentage change. Here's the math: [(8.30-1.15)/1.15]= percentage change.
Purchasing puts to protect your postion prior to a conference call might just be a cautious investor, not a nasty Shorty.
> > This stock is up 800% this year.Think about it.
> I think you are very bad at math.
> 621.7391304% Is this close enough for you?
2) I see you are also very bad at math, Mr. Banker.
The low close of CRAY this year was $1.84. Being up 622% this year would mean the stock had closed at 7.22 times $1.84, which is $13.28.
I had no idea you were on such strong medications....
> Could you please just let them enjoy something positive for a change without critical reviews.
"Them" was a shorter, as you would've learned had you read his next post.
more to the point look at the fundamantals and the trend forward...it goes higher for the next 12 months. As far as tomorrow, nest week who knows. It went down ridiculously and now it's back to normal. Let 'shear what they say ob the next cc.
Have you considered market risk at this point on top of the stock making new 52 week highs daily?
What is catalisys for the Market to have money on the sidelines to get in after such strong run.
Lower volume at the end of a trend indicates money changing hands from institutional to individual/strong to weak/.
I'd be inclined to buy puts at this stage to protect your long positions.
