They said that the two systems that got pushed out from Q3 to Q4 and thus caused the big miss have not been accepted yet. This is a bit puzzling, because they tried to give the impression that these acceptances just barely missed the quarter, and yet it has been a month since that quarter ended, and they still do not have acceptances. About one of the systems, they said that everything was in acceptable condition, they only needed to collect some signatures. But if that was the case, why haven't the signatures been collected yet?
I am just guessing here, but it seems to me there is a tendency from the government to delay things as their funds are limited before a new budget gets voted on.
I do not think the accepted contracts refer to these two systems, but to the several other systems involved in Q4. One another note any of these systems are not accepted until they are completed and delivered. There is a difference between the acceptance of a contract to build a system & the acceptance of the finished system.
