Why the drop in price? Is this a good

In a nutshell... (IMHO of course)

Short term = bumpy but no significant losses.

Long term = can't imagine not matching S&P500 growth, hopefully beating it from these levels.

The current price is lower (split adjusted) than when I bought in Sept '03. Dividends are the only thing keeping me in the black at the moment. I lose absolutely no sleep, though, because book value keeps increasing despite some short-term earnings bumps. The title division is hurting the co. right now.
