Question-terrorism coverate 2006AR
Terrorism coverage (page 14) was superseded by TRIEA (2005) and sunsets in Dec 2007. Does that mean that ORI can after that EXCLUDE this coverage (as the act voided policy exclusions). My concern is that ORI (and other insurers) will still (as primary insurer) will still be exposed to this, but be unable to get re-insurance. I saw some wording to this effect under risks. Are there any developments.
