If interest rates stay this low
The stock price should eventually approach a 5% yield or $14 per share. CINF has a yield closer to 4%. I suspect CINF's primary appeal is its dividend. ORI could have a similar appeal to investors, once they realize the dividend is secure. Factoring some additional risk, a 5% yield is reasonable. ORI has spent a long time under $10, so I don't expect the move to happen overnight. There will be selling along the way. But I expect to see $14.
