It broke out to a 52 week high last week, and then rose today when the overall market was weak. I still think is first stop is 14, where the yield will be 5%. One of these days the mortgage guaranty division will surprise everyone with a profit. But that might not be until 2014. It doesn't matter to me, because the dividend isn't affected by it. But it would catch the market by surprise and send the stock price well beyond 14.
