can't disagree with that. the stock is too cheap at 37. The only reason I can think of why it is stalling out here is that there is a worry that all these storms have been pretty severe and that they will have significant claims in Q2 after already having 15mm of storm related losses in Q4 and Q1 and that is before you even get to hurricane season. I don't know if this is impacting their share buybacks, but that is the only real reason I can think of that is causing this. Long term I don't think it will be an issue though.
