Fear is a great motivator to sell. Depletion is high, too much gas, the stock can't find a floor. It seems like no one wants to buy this and take a risk that the payments will more than compensate them. I find the risk:reward favorable because the subordinate units provide a nice floor (up to $7 in the next 3 years but hopefully at least $4.5 in the next 2 years). Also, natural gas is 50% higher which may add $1 or $2 to the trust.
For the time being all you can do is collect your distributions and hope the stock price stops taking such a bearish tone.
